2. Order Cancellations

• Timeframe for Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. This is the only period during which cancellations can be processed without incurring any charges.

• Production Stage: After the 2-hour window, your order will be in production, and we will not be able to process cancellations. At this stage, the order is considered final and non-refundable.

• Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases, where there is a significant error or issue with the order, we may consider amendments or cancellations beyond the 2-hour window. These cases are assessed on an individual basis, and approval is at the discretion of LoveOnPrints.

4. Refunds
