They are beautiful quality signs!! I asked them to do a Special Save are dogs sign for the Fire Department!! They did an awesome job!! They made one sign horizontal verses vertical!!! I loved it!! But Katie was spelled wrong!!! I really did not mind, it was awesome, but when I text to say Thank you!! They had already took it apon themselves to correct the error, I was ok with and made a vertical sign with Katie spelled correctly and it was on it's way to my home!!! I was highly impressed that they corrected the error without me even asking!!! You do not get that quality of service anymore or rarely by anyone!!! I would and will purchase again in a heartbeat from them without hesitation for fantastic service and pride they take in there work and customer service!!! This is my second Mat to order and I absolutely love them! I always get compliments on them and they look great! I wish they were a little heavier so they would stay in place, but I saw it by attaching the corners with zip ties to a heavy duty mat beneath it. I have several friends that have seen them in ordered as well.
