Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time is 6-9 business days on average for standard shipping. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Methods:

• We use various shipping providers to meet your needs. These include:

• UPS, DHL eCommerce, YunExpress, and USPS.

• Currently, we only offer “Standard” shipping, with the delivery times mentioned above.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). For some shipments the tracking number will be active within 24 hours for others it can take up to 5 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• LoveOnPrints is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

• In the event that your order is lost or delivered damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us directly to initiate the replacement process.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide photos of your product to be eligible for replacement.

International Shipping Policy:

• For international orders beyond the United States, additional fees may apply, and delivery times may vary based on the destination.
